Today's the day, I hope I can do it,
I don't want to let anyone down.
It's beginning to kick in.

I watch as the people slowly arrive
I see them with their suit & ties
Gowns oh so beautiful
Everyone so made up.

Have I made up my mind?
I see him yet I don't feel anything.
I love him? But I love someone more...

Why can't we be together?
Why has this world kept us apart.
I think about him day and night.
I just wish he was here with me.

Today I will change my last name,
I will change it to the name they all want
But a name in which isn't meant for me.

Today is the day in which I'd want to forget
I will forever be with someone I do not love.

 Today is the worst day of my life...
